Don't Let Age Stop You Working....
Many employers are looking for staff with experience and recognise that age need not be a barrier to finding a new and rewarding job.
North Wessex Training run a series of initiatives to encourage the Over 50 age group back into the workplace in Devizes, Trowbridge, Salisbury, Swindon & Chippenham. We aim to maximise the abilities of people who are currently unemployed and provide a range of support-based services to assist you find the job you want; these include:
 | Providing opportunities for personal action planning and skills analysis |
| Addressing basic skills needs |
| Supporting those who require confidence building and motivational training |
| Supporting those making a change in career direction |
| Providing 1 to 1 job search support, help with application forms, CVs and information on courses and job opportunities |
| Supporting clients and employers in the early stages of employment |
